Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process your order. Orders received after 5PM AEDT will be processed on the next business day. Once processed, orders shipped within Australia typically arrive within 7 business days (sorry we don’t ship to PO boxes). International orders typically arrive within 14 business days.

If there’s a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email. We cannot be responsible for carrier or customs delays. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may include import fees.

Didn’t love what you ordered? Our studio is happy to accept online returns within 60 days of your purchase date for a full refund. Items returned after the 60-day return period are not eligible for a refund. Items must be returned in an undamaged and unopened condition. 

To make a return, please email steph@delkathrynbarton.com with your order number and we’ll help you process your return. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If your return is accepted, please allow 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your original method of payment.
